GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESERVATION
All reservation should be made through PT. ERMI ARMAYA TOURS & TRAVEL PADANG.
Detailed information of the client is required to fulfill reservation efficiently.
RATE
All rates will be quoted in Indonesian rupiah ( for ASEAN market ) except for Siberut Adventure quoted in US Dollar, inclusive of : A/C transportation, Accommodation, Meals as specified in the program, Sightseeing, Indonesian / English speaking guide, Entrance Fees, Government tax and Service charge.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child share with Adult = Adult Rate
Child with Extra Bed = 85% from Adult Rate
Child Without Extra Bed = 65% from Adult Rate & Infant = FOC
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payment must be made cash on arrival
For group reservation, a 25% deposit is required at least 15 ( fifteen ) days prior to clients arrival and the outstanding balance shall be settled on arrival.
CANCELATION
Cancellation charge are as follows :
07 (seven) days prior to arrival = 25% of Tour Fare
03 (three) days prior to arrival = 100% of Tour Fare
No-show on actual day = 100% of Tour Fare
LIABILITY
- PT. ERMI ARMAYA and its associated agent act only as agent for the transportation companies, hotels contractor and other principals and shall not be responsible for ; inaccurancy, miss-description or change to any tour itinerary, additional expenses due to delays or charge in air or any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes quarantine or other causes.
- PT. ERMI ARMAYA reserve the right to alter or change the tour route according to local situation and condition.
- PT ERMI ARMAYA and its associated agent assume no liability for any loss or damage to property or injures that may befall to passengers in the course of their participation in such tours
