7 Days Padang - Medan Overland
DAY 01 : AIRPORT – BUKITTINGGI (LD)
Upon arrival at BIM transfer to Bukittinggi via Anai Valley, including stop at Pandai Sikek Village, which is famous for its beautiful hand weaving and skilled wood carving. Stay over night in Bukittinggi.
DAY 02 : BUKITTINGGI – MANINJAU TOUR (BLD)
After breakfast at the hotel visit Sianok Canyon, Fort De Cock and Museum Bundo Kanduang. Tour proceed to lake Maninjau passing through the 44 Curves Road which is famous in West Sumatera . Lunch will be serve en-route at local restaurant. In the afternoon drive back to Bukittinggi. Evening free at leisure.
DAY 03 : BUKITTINGGI – PAGARUYUNG - BUKITTINGGI (BLD)
Breakfast at the hotel. The tour begun by driving to Tabek Patah panoramic view located approx. 22 kilometers from Bukittinggi, then drop at Sungai Tarab village to see located-mill run by water energy. After that visit Pagaruyung to see the site Palace of Ancient Kingdom, then driving down to Lake Singakarak for sightseeing or relaxing before returning to hotel. Dinner serve at local restaurant.
DAY 04 : BUKITTINGGI - PARAPAT (BLD)
An early morning drive to Parapat ( Lake Toba ), en-route stop at Equator, Panti Nature reserve and at every spectacular view of rice fields, villagers at work and local market. Your lunch and dinner will be serve at local restaurant. In the evening arrive in Parapat, then check in to hotel ( the journey takes at approx. 12 hours drive )
DAY 05 : PARAPAT – SAMOSIR ISLAND - BRASTAGI (BLD)
After breakfast at the hotel, take the ferry leaving for Samosir Island, in here you will visit Village of Tomok and where you can explore Batak Toba Culture, after that catch the ferry back to Parapat, and then drive to Brastagi via Northern bank of Lake toba, on the way you may have the chance to see the King’s Palace of Batak Simalungun at Pematang Purba, take the eyes on the spectacular view of Sipiso-piso waterfall. On Arrival Brastagi check in hotel
DAY 06 : BRASTAGI – MEDAN (BLD)
Breakfast at the hotel then visit traditional fruit market, Gundaling Hill and traditional Batak Karo village at Peceran or Lingga. Depart to Medan and on arrival continued with Medan City tour, visit Maimoon Palace, Grand Mosque and old business center of Kesawan. Possibly for shopping will be given before check in to hotel. Evening free program
DAY 07 : MEDAN ( HOTEL ) – AIRPORT (B)
Free program in the morning until transfer time to Polonia Airport for your next destination.
